Customer data is primarily stored in Germany (EU). See our Privacy Policy and DPA for details on international data transfers.

The DigitalCore name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks or service marks of DigitalCore. All other names, logos, product and service names, design marks, and slogans are the trademarks of their respective owners.

The content on our website and within our services, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of DigitalCore or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall be governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Jurisdiction: Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Barcelona, Spain.

EU Online Dispute Resolution: The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) which can be accessed at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in ODR proceedings for B2B transactions.
