Profile Settings
Open the user menu in the top right and click Profile.
What you can edit
- Name. Shown in activity logs and reports.
- Email. Used to sign in and to receive notifications.
- Avatar. Shown next to your name.
- Time zone. Affects when scheduled reports run.
- Language. Display language for the app.
Notification preferences
Choose which events email you:
- Open Decisions assigned to you.
- Missed SLA terms on engagements you own.
- Scheduled reports.
- Mentions in comments.
You can also turn off email entirely. In-app notifications stay on.
Change your password
Click Change Password in the Security section. You will be asked for your current password.
