Client Portals
A client portal is a customer-facing window into part of an engagement. Customers log in, read their KPIs, view their reports, and see their cost stack, without you exporting screenshots into slide decks.
What is shared
For each portal, you choose:
| Element | Default |
|---|---|
| KPIs | All performance KPIs marked customer-visible. |
| Period reports | Latest finalised report for the engagement. |
| Cost transparency | Optional: full, summary, or hidden. |
| SLA breach history | Visible on customer-visible KPIs. |
| Roadmap and commitments | If kept in priorities or decision cases. |
You can flip any item between visible, hidden, and summary-only at any time.
Branding
| Field | Detail |
|---|---|
| Logo | Customer logo plus your logo. |
| Colour palette | Customer-aligned or DigitalCore default. |
| Domain | customer.your-portal.digitalcore.app. |
| Footer | Your contact info. |
Access control
- Per-user invites with roles (viewer, power user).
- Multi-factor authentication required by default.
- Activity log: who logged in and what they viewed.
- Configurable session timeout.
Portal users live in a separate user space from your internal users. They cannot see anything beyond what the portal exposes.
