- ServiceNow integration: pull incidents, problems, and changes into Performance, with auto-link to engagements.
- Microsoft Teams notifications: install the DigitalCore Teams app once, then connect any channel with a one-time registration code.
- Email distribution lists: send reports and alerts to managed recipient lists, not just individual addresses.
