Changelog

Recent updates to DigitalCore.

April 2026

  • AI Usage is now a first-class data domain alongside Finance, Performance, and Capacity. Track tokens, model spend, and ROI per engagement.
  • ServiceNow integration: pull incidents, problems, and changes into Performance, with auto-link to engagements.
  • Microsoft Teams notifications: install the DigitalCore Teams app once, then connect any channel with a one-time registration code.
  • Email distribution lists: send reports and alerts to managed recipient lists, not just individual addresses.
  • Slack OAuth flow simplified: no admin-approval step in the docs path.

March 2026

  • Automated risk detection: data uploads and check-ins now scan for cross-domain signals (margin pressure, cost escalation, SLA breach, capacity overrun) and create governance cases for critical issues.
  • Intelligence pages: Risk Exposure, Utilization Loss, Delivery Cost, and Correlations.
  • QuickBooks sync extended to cover invoice and expense categories.
