History
History is the long-term record of decisions made, responses applied, and signals closed. Activity shows the live feed. History is what you keep for the record.
What is recorded
| Entry | What it includes |
|---|---|
| Decision | The case, the options considered, the option chosen, the reason, and who decided. |
| Applied response | The option that was applied, the assumptions behind it, and the projected impact. |
| Signal closed | When and how a signal was resolved. |
| Case closed | Final state and outcome notes. |
| Reverted response | Responses that were applied then rolled back. |
Entries cannot be edited or deleted. You can add notes later, but the original record stays.
Why History is separate from Activity
- Record-keeping. Auditors and clients can see exactly when, why, and by whom each decision was made.
- Outcome review. Decisions can be linked to measured results weeks or months later. See Decisions: Cases.
- Learning. Real outcomes feed back into DigitalCore’s pattern recognition over time. See Specialist Memory.
Search and filters
- Engagement or portfolio.
- Decided by (user or DigitalCore).
- Outcome (decided, applied, reverted, closed).
- Date range.
- Free-text search over rationale and notes.
