Triage is for the moments when you need to decide where to spend the next hour. It ranks engagements by attention need, not by name.
How the ranking works
The triage score blends:

| Health drop this period vs last | 30% |
| Open critical signals | 25% |
| Margin moving the wrong way | 20% |
| Capacity leakage | 15% |
| SLA breaches in the last 30 days | 10% |
Click any row for the detail view, or take action inline: open a case, record an actual, or message the owner.
Triage groups
The page splits engagements into three buckets:
| Bucket | What it means |
|---|---|
| Needs intervention now | Health is red and a critical signal is active. |
| Watch closely | Trends are concerning but no breach yet. |
| Healthy | All metrics are on target. |
The top bucket usually holds three to eight engagements at a time. Small enough to actually work through.
