Monitor
Ask for the current health of a portfolio or engagement. You get the score, domain breakdown, top concerns, and trend without opening multiple screens.
Record
Say “Record 160 hours for Senior Consultant on the Acme engagement for January.” DigitalCore confirms the entry and writes it. Automatic labour cost and penalty calculations apply just like manual entry.
Diagnose
Ask for a showback report or variance breakdown. Costs are split by delivery party so you can see which department, customer, or partner carries each share.
Plan
Describe the situation (“margins on Contoso are slipping, what are my options?”) and DigitalCore generates 2–4 response options with projected impact. Refine with conversation: “make the cost cut deeper” or “add a 5% price increase.”
Decide
