Profile

Field	Notes
Display name	Shown in the activity log and across the app.
Email	Sign-in email. Changing it needs re-verification.
Avatar	Image upload.
Time zone	Used for scheduled jobs, quiet hours, and timestamps.
Locale	Number and date formatting.

Security

Setting	Purpose
Password	Change your password.
Multi-factor authentication	Turn on for extra protection.
Active sessions	See and end active devices.
Recent sign-in activity	The last 50 sign-ins with location and device.

Notifications

Choose what each channel sends:

Channel	Events
In-app (Pulse)	All events. Controlled by Policies and Delivery Channels.
Email	Daily brief, executive summaries, mentions, critical signals.
Mobile push	Critical only. Planned.

API keys

Personal keys for accessing DigitalCore from scripts or other tools. Each key:

Has a scope: read, write, or admin.
Has an expiry date.
Is shown only once when created.

API keys inherit your role. Revoke any key you suspect is compromised.

Reporting currency (admin only)

The primary reporting currency for your organisation. Used by Portfolio and Pulse totals. Changing it is significant: historical reports may look different, but underlying data stays in its source currency.
