Notifications
Notifications is the live stream of every message DigitalCore has sent or tried to send. It is your activity log and your troubleshooting tool.
What you see
| Column | Detail |

| Time | When the notification was triggered. |
| Channel | Email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, or in-app. |
| Audience | Users or roles the message went to. |
| Subject | Short title. |
| Source | Signal, report, response, or manual. |
| Status | Delivered, Queued, Failed, or Suppressed. |
| Retries | If failed, how many attempts so far. |
Filters
- Status: show failures or queued.
- Channel: debug one channel.
- Audience: what did this user receive?
- Source: track every signal-driven message.
- Time window: default last seven days.
Common troubleshooting
| Symptom | Likely cause |
|---|---|
| All messages to one user failing. | Bad email address, or user reset preferences. |
| Slack delivery silent. | DigitalCore app removed from the workspace, or channel archived. |
| Critical signal did not notify. | Quiet hours active, or repeat-message window. |
| Report did not send. | Report still in Draft, not Finalised. |
Resending
For any notification with status Delivered or Failed, you can:
- Resend to the original audience with a new timestamp.
- Forward to a different audience.
- Cancel (only if status is Queued).
