Playbooks
Playbooks are short response guides. Each one covers a single problem (margin loss, capacity gap, missed SLA term, renewal risk) and gives a practical sequence of steps.
Where you see them
- In the AI assistant when a problem is detected.
- On a Decision, when a matching playbook applies.
- On the engagement page, under Playbooks.
What is in a playbook
- Trigger. The signal that surfaces the playbook.
- Diagnosis. Questions to confirm the problem.
- Actions. Steps to take, in order.
- Outcomes. What success looks like.
Examples
- Margin Recovery
- Capacity Rebalance
- SLA Breach Response
- Renewal Risk
- Cost Spike Diagnosis
- Pricing Review
Use a playbook
- Open the playbook from the engagement or Decision.
- Tick off the steps as you go.
- Convert any step into a Decision if the action needs sign-off.
