Playbooks

Playbooks are short response guides. Each one covers a single problem (margin loss, capacity gap, missed SLA term, renewal risk) and gives a practical sequence of steps.

Where you see them

  • In the AI assistant when a problem is detected.
  • On a Decision, when a matching playbook applies.
  • On the engagement page, under Playbooks.

What is in a playbook

  • Trigger. The signal that surfaces the playbook.
  • Diagnosis. Questions to confirm the problem.
  • Actions. Steps to take, in order.
  • Outcomes. What success looks like.

Use a playbook

  1. Open the playbook from the engagement or Decision.
  2. Tick off the steps as you go.
  3. Convert any step into a Decision if the action needs sign-off.

Bring your own

Custom playbooks are on the roadmap. For now, edit the default ones in Configure, then Playbooks.
