Notification Channels

Notification Channels are how DigitalCore delivers signals, reports, and other messages. The connections themselves are managed in Integrations; the routing rules live in Configure → AI Agents → Delivery Channels. This page is where you watch them in action.

Supported channels

Routing rules

Each channel can be filtered by:

  • Severity: only critical, only critical and high, or all.
  • Engagement scope: all engagements, specific portfolios, or specific tags.
  • Audience role: service owners, ops, leadership, customers.
  • Quiet hours: hold non-critical messages outside business hours.
