Notification Channels
Notification Channels are how DigitalCore delivers signals, reports, and other messages. The connections themselves are managed in Integrations; the routing rules live in Configure → AI Agents → Delivery Channels. This page is where you watch them in action.
Supported channels
| Channel | What it delivers | Setup |
|---|---|---|
| Reports, period summaries, critical signals, daily digests. | Built-in. No setup needed. | |
| Slack | Real-time signal alerts, daily digest, on-demand reports. | Install the DigitalCore Slack app once in your workspace. |
| Microsoft Teams | Same as Slack. | Install the DigitalCore Teams app once in your tenant. |
| In-app | Everything (always on). | No setup. |
Routing rules
Each channel can be filtered by:
- Severity: only critical, only critical and high, or all.
- Engagement scope: all engagements, specific portfolios, or specific tags.
- Audience role: service owners, ops, leadership, customers.
- Quiet hours: hold non-critical messages outside business hours.
Reliability
| Concern | Handling |
|---|---|
| Bounces or failures | Logged in Notifications and retried with backoff. |
| Rate limits | Per-channel limits, with overflow rolled into the next digest. |
| Repeat suppression | A 24-hour window prevents re-sending the same signal. |
