Overview
The Overview tab is a one-screen snapshot of where things stand. Use it when you want numbers at a glance instead of the written Daily Brief.
Top numbers
| Number | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active Services | Services your organisation is managing right now. |
| Due This Week | Check-ins that should be completed this week. |
| Overdue | Check-ins past their due date. |
Cards on the page
Attention Required. Items that need a response: overdue check-ins, engagements with falling health, recent SLA breaches, upcoming contract renewals. Each link opens the relevant engagement.
Portfolio Health. A 0 to 100 score with sub-scores for Finance, Performance, Capacity, and AI Usage. The colour (Green, Amber, or Red) gives a quick read. Bands are set in Thresholds.
Workspace Launchers. Tiles that take you to Engagements, Portfolio, Decisions, and Communicate.
Onboarding checklist
New organisations see a setup checklist on this tab:
- Create your first service.
- Set up an engagement.
- Assign templates.
- Run your first check-in.
The checklist hides once steps are complete or dismissed.
