Structure
Use Structure to mirror your internal organisation in DigitalCore: practices, business units, teams, regions. It is optional, but useful for rollups and access scoping.
What you can model

You can build one hierarchy, several in parallel (such as by-practice and by-region), or skip it entirely.
What it affects

When to invest
If your org has clear, stable groupings that show up in every conversation, invest. If groupings shift constantly, skip it and use service tags for ad-hoc grouping.
