What is DigitalCore?

A platform for service businesses to see the financial health of every engagement in real time. See What is DigitalCore.

Who is it for?

Managed service providers, consultancies, IT service desks, agencies, and NGOs running services. People who use it: operations, finance, delivery, and service leads.

How long does setup take?

A small team can be running their first month within a day. Importing past data takes longer and depends on how much you bring in.

Do I need a finance system to start?

No. You can record actuals manually each month. If you have QuickBooks, you can connect it to pull invoices and expenses automatically.

Where does the data live?

In DigitalCore”s hosted database. Each customer”s data is isolated. We do not share data between customers.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Export to CSV from any view, or to PDF for reports.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, 14 days on paid plans. No credit card needed.

Does DigitalCore replace my finance system?

No. It complements it. Your finance system stays the source of truth for accounting. DigitalCore is the source of truth for service economics.

What is the AI assistant?

A chat in the app and on connected AI tools. It answers questions, drafts summaries, and helps build response options. See Using the AI Assistant.
