Activity
Activity is a live feed of every action across your organisation, by people and by DigitalCore. Use it to check what just happened, review recent automation, or spot anything unexpected.
What you will see
| Event | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Signal detected | DigitalCore noticed a pattern worth flagging. |
| Response proposed | Options were generated for a signal or case. |
| Response applied | An option was approved and applied. |
| Recording made | Hours, finance, KPI, or AI usage was logged. |
| Case opened, decided, or closed | A decision case changed state. |
| Report sent | A report was finalised and shared. |
| Limit crossed | A configured threshold was breached. |
| Policy ran | A policy rule allowed, blocked, or held an action. |
Filters
Filter the feed by:
- Who. User, the assistant, or the system.
- Engagement. Limit to one engagement.
- Event type. Any of the rows above.
- Severity. Critical, High, Medium, or Low.
- Time range. Last hour, 24 hours, 7 days, or a custom range.
Activity vs History
Activity is the live, everything-included feed. History is the permanent record of decisions and applied responses, kept for audit and review.
