PlatformPulseDaily Brief

Daily Brief

The Daily Brief is a plain-English summary of what changed across your portfolio since you last logged in. It is written from your live data, not a generic template.

What you will see

A typical brief covers four things:

  • Headline. The single most important change. For example, “Acme Migration moved to Red on margin.”
  • What changed. Health scores that shifted colour, new signals, cases opened.
  • Already handled. Responses that were approved or applied since your last visit.
  • Needs your attention. Items you can find in My Work.

If nothing meaningful happened, the brief stays quiet.

When it updates

The brief refreshes whenever the underlying data changes by enough to matter. There is no fixed schedule.

What controls the brief

Two screens shape what the brief includes and how it sounds:

  • Thresholds decide what counts as worth mentioning.
  • Policies decide what DigitalCore handles for you, which is reflected in the “already handled” section.

Report audience (Internal, Customer, Executive, Board) is set in Reports.
