Managing Your Subscription

View your current plan, change tiers, manage seats, and access invoices.


Current Plan Details

Viewing Your Active Subscription

Navigate to Settings β†’ Subscription to see your current plan:

  • Tier name
  • Billing cycle
  • Number of seats
  • Next billing date
  • Payment method on file

Subscription Statuses

StatusMeaning
ActiveSubscription is paid and current
TrialingIn the 14-day free trial period
Past DuePayment failed β€” action needed
CancelledSubscription will end at the billing period close
FreeUsing the free tier (no active paid subscription)

Changing Plans

Upgrading or Downgrading

Click Change Plan to select a different tier:

  • Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period

Adding or Removing Seats

Adjust seat count from the Subscription page:

  • Added seats are billed immediately (prorated)
  • Removed seats take effect at the next billing cycle

Payment Methods

Adding a Card

Add a credit or debit card from the Payment Methods section. DigitalCore uses Stripe for secure payment processing β€” your card details are never stored on DigitalCore servers.

Setting a Default Payment Method

If you have multiple payment methods, set one as the default for automatic billing.

Removing a Payment Method

Remove a payment method at any time, provided at least one method remains on file for active paid subscriptions.


Invoices and Billing History

View and download invoices from the Billing History section. Each invoice shows:

  • Billing period
  • Amount
  • Payment method used
  • Status
