Create Your Organisation
Create an account, set up your organisation, and invite users. About 5 minutes.
Sign up
- Go to digitalcore.app and click Start Free.
- Enter your email and a password.
- Click the confirmation link in your inbox.
New accounts start on the free tier. You can upgrade later from Account: Subscription.
Name your organisation
After your first sign-in you name the organisation. This is the company or entity that owns the data. Your organisation’s data is private to your users.
Optional setup:
- Structure: add units or departments to group services and reports.
- Partners: add external customers and delivery partners under Configure. Use them as parties on engagements.
Invite your team
Go to Organization → Users and click Invite User. Pick a role and enter the email.
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Admin | Everything: users, settings, templates, library, all data. |
| Manager | Edit engagements, run responses, send reports. No org settings. |
| Operator | Enter check-in data. View Pulse and reports. |
| Viewer | Read-only across Pulse, reports, and engagements. |
Invitees land on Pulse on first sign-in. What they can click depends on the role.
Resending or cancelling invites
Unaccepted invites are listed on the Users page. Click Resend or Cancel at any time.
