Decisions
Decisions is where signals turn into action. It tracks the cases you open, the priorities you set, and the AI-generated scenarios that lay out options before you commit.

How decisions flow
Signal noticed

v
Scenario generated (options + assumptions)
v
Review (compare options, adjust assumptions)
v
Approve & Apply (data updates, follow-ups created)
v
Outcome reviewed weeks or months laterThe outcome review feeds back into DigitalCore’s pattern memory so future scenarios get sharper.
Approve and Apply
A scenario option moves through four states: Proposed, Approved, Declined, or Applied. Approval is a governance moment; Apply is a data moment. Splitting them lets you sign off in advance and apply on a future date. See Scenarios.
