Strategy and Priorities
The Strategy view links your priorities to the engagements that deliver them. It is read-mostly and updated when priorities change.
Priorities
A Priority is a goal worth tracking. Examples: “Lift portfolio margin to 35%”, “Reduce missed SLA terms by half”, “Land three new managed services contracts”.
Link engagements
Each priority lists the engagements that contribute. The engagement health rolls up into a single colour for the priority.
Add a Priority
- Open Strategy and click New Priority.
- Give it a title and target.
- Pick the engagements it covers.
Track progress
The Priority page shows:
- Aggregate health across linked engagements.
- Trend over the last three periods.
- Open Decisions tagged to the priority.

You can open a Response from a Priority, compare options across engagements, and apply.
