Catalogs define the master list of items available when building templates.
Catalogs Page
Four catalog types are available:
Finance Line Items
P&L categories:
- Revenue types β Subscription Revenue, Project Revenue, Licensing
- Cost categories β Labour Cost (COGS), Software Licences, Travel, Subcontracting
- Operating expenses β Overhead items
Each entry has a name, category, and optional description.
Performance KPIs
Metric definitions:
- Availability
- Response Time
- Resolution Time
- Customer Satisfaction
- And others
Each entry defines:

| Name | Metric identifier |
| Measurement Direction | Higher-is-better or lower-is-better |
| Default Target | Baseline target value |
| Unit | Measurement unit (%, hours, score, etc.) |
Roles & Rates
Job roles with default hourly rates:
- Senior Consultant
- Project Manager
- Service Desk Analyst
- Developer
- And others
Each role has:
- Name
- Default rate
- Currency
- Linked finance line item (typically βLabour Cost β COGSβ) for automatic cost calculations
AI Use Cases
Predefined AI initiative types:
- AI-Assisted Monitoring
- AI-Augmented Reporting
- AI-Powered Automation
- And others
Used with AI templates for tracking AI adoption.
Getting Started with Catalogs
Generate Standard Defaults
New organisations can generate a standard set of catalog entries with one click. This populates:
- Common P&L categories
- Standard KPIs
- Typical roles
- Default AI use cases
This gives you a working starting point to customise.
Adding and Editing Catalog Entries
- Add new entries to any catalog at any time
- Edit existing entries β changes do not retroactively affect templates or engagements that already reference them
- Catalog entries can be deactivated but not deleted if theyβre in use
