Portfolios group related services for organisational and reporting purposes.

Portfolios List

View all portfolios with:

  • Name
  • Description
  • Owner
  • Number of services
  • Overall health score

Portfolio Detail

Name, Description, Owner

Basic portfolio information:

  • Name — Portfolio identifier
  • Description — Purpose and scope
  • Owner — Typically a service director or VP

Services in This Portfolio

A list of all services assigned to this portfolio. Each service shows:

  • Health score
  • Number of active engagements

Portfolio Health Rollup

An aggregated health score for the portfolio, calculated from the health scores of all constituent services. Domain sub-scores (Finance, Performance, Capacity) are also rolled up.

Creating and Editing a Portfolio

Click Create Portfolio to add a new portfolio:

  1. Assign a name
  2. Add description
  3. Set owner
  4. Add services to the portfolio

Edit the portfolio or its service membership at any time.
